Does the PDF to Word converter upload my file to your servers?
The converter is built so conversion happens in your browser: you drag a PDF and download a Word .docx without uploading the PDF to MicroBiz365 hosting. Use a modern browser and check the tool page if your setup differs.
Why does my PDF convert badly?
The tool works best on text-based PDFs. Scanned pages or photos of documents need OCR first; complex layouts may need manual tidy-up in Word after conversion.
Is the Word file legally identical to the PDF?
No. Conversion can change layout and spacing. For filings or contracts where exact wording matters, compare against the original PDF or ask a professional.

Does my PDF leave my device?
Yes. The pitch deck flow uses a backend service to read the PDF and generate slides. Do not upload highly sensitive material you are not allowed to send to a third-party processor.
What kind of PDF works best?

Does this tool file documents for me?
No. It is a reminder aid. You still file on Companies House and HMRC systems yourself or through an agent, and you remain responsible for compliance.
