When it works best
- Text-based PDFs — exported from Word, Google Docs, invoicing software, or most modern reports.
- Scanned paper or “photo” PDFs usually contain no selectable text — run OCR first (Adobe, your scanner app, or another OCR tool), then convert.
- Password-protected PDFs are not supported in the browser tool.
- Very large files may be slow on older devices.
